Project Summery
The Capital Realty Group contracted GCS||SIGAL to complete the rehabilitation of 190 apartments at the Woodberry Village Apartments Complex, comprised of 17 buildings located in the District’s Ward 8 Shipley neighborhood. Renovations of the 79-year-old building will include new roofing, windows, HVAC mechanical systems, flooring, paint, kitchen cabinets, and appliances. Construction is scheduled for completion April 2022.
