Project Summery
Gilbane Residential Construction, LLC (Gilbane) was contracted to develop new affordable luxury apartments in the District’s historic Ward 6 Waterfront neighborhood. The 10-story luxury apartment building is located just one block from Audi Field, and two blocks from Nationals Park, it features 76 apartment homes with over 3,804 sq. ft. of commercial space allotted for retail, general or financial service, office space, and/or eating and drinking establishments.
