    Job Title: Project Manager

     

    Job Location: Washington, DC

     

    Job Duties:  Plan, schedule and coordinate project activities for the company’s environmental remediation and construction projects; identify project needs such as resources and finances by reviewing project objectives; communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives; develop and update project plans for the company’s environmental remediation and construction projects; oversee the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements; negotiate with project stakeholders and suppliers to obtain resources and materials; monitor costs incurred during the project to identify budget issues.

     

    Requirements: Position requires Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Finance.  Position also requires at least 6 months of experience in the job offered or in the alternate occupation of Cost Estimator. The required experience must have been gained in a company that provides environmental remediation services. The position requires little (intermittent) domestic travel to various project sites within the Washington metropolitan area.  Travel will constitute 10% of the employee’s work time.
