Job Title
Management Accountant
Job Location: Washington, DC
Job Duties: Prepare and examine the company’s accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports; examine and evaluate financial and information systems and recommend controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity; develop and implement recordkeeping and accounting systems using current computer technology; advise management regarding different ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and improve profits; develop budgets and prepare periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs; analyze business operations, costs, revenues and financial commitments to project future revenues and expenses; plan and implement performance management systems to assist management in the formulation of business strategies
Requirements: Position requires Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. Position also requires at least 24 months of experience in the job offered or in the alternate occupation of Accountant, Banking Associate or Finance Operations Officer.
