Atmos is currently providing Turner Construction Company regulatory labor compliance services during their renovation of the Eliot Hine Middle School. Atmos provides consultation for subcontracting compliance as required by DC DSLBD and labor compliance as required by the District of Columbia. We provide audit services including conducting reviews of certified payrolls and time sheet records of employees.; audited wage and labor compliance as required by DC Office of Contracting and Procurement; and audit review of employee’s paychecks stubs to ensure they are paid in accordance with required Davis Bacon Wage Rates based on the employees’ classification.
