Project Summary

Atmos is providing minor construction services at the HQ1 International Monetary Fund (IMF) building located at 700 19th Street NW, Washington, DC. Construction activities included selective demolition, hazardous materials abatement, interior renovation, structural modifications, and upgrades. Construction work was performed while the facility maintained occupied and in full operation. Atmos installed four entrance floor grilles and glass entry doors at eleven entry points. Other work included cracked threshold pavers replacement, door pivot and push / pull assembly replacement, revolving door replacement, and defective glass re-placement. Atmos also painted the 20,000 SF IMF Penthouse and 40,000 SF Garage.
