the McMillan Community Center and Park project, ensuring full adherence to all labor
and contracting requirements. Located at North Capitol Street NW and First Street
NW, just north of Channing Street NW, the newly opened Reservoir Park
Recreation Center and Aquatic Center sits on the historic McMillan Sand Filtration
Site. Through our oversight, the project maintained full regulatory compliance,
supported local workforce participation, and upheld ethical business practices while
preserving the historical integrity of this landmark site.
