Atmos Solutions led the design-build renovation of the historic Eastern Market, one of DC’s oldest public landmarks. Our team performed a full-scope facility upgrade, including structural repairs, masonry restoration, roof access improvements, fire alarm and security system upgrades, and freight lift replacement. Work was completed in a fully operational, high-traffic public space and required close coordination with market management to ensure minimal disruption. We delivered the project on time, within budget, and with full compliance to historic preservation and safety standards—demonstrating our strength in managing complex, high-visibility renovations in occupied facilities.
