Atmos is contracted to provide ongoing building renovation and maintenance services at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) HQ1 and HQ2 building located at 700 19th Street NW, Washington, DC. Construction activities include selective demolition, hazardous materials abatement, interior renovation, structural modifications, and upgrades. Most construction work is performed while the facility is occupied and in full operation. Atmos has a long-standing relationship with IMF and their preferred vendors to perform services on demand, including industrial hygiene and emergency response.
